Don’t know these numbers? Then this 2-night workshop will help you transform from running a business to managing a business and 

getting the most profit out of it. In this workshop, you will learn how to:

• Increase sales and profits through effective inventory management; 

• How to reduce inventory while increasing customer satisfaction and sales;
