In this three-class series, you will:
- Understand the purpose of the business plan
- Understand the different business plan types
- Be able to state the business mission and articulate the purpose of the business
- Have partially completed each section of the business plan
- Take the assumptions from the narrative portion of the business plan to complete pro forma financials
- Determine break-even point
- Do a sales forecast
- Be able to complete the Profit and Loss, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet
